If your order cannot be processed, we will contact you. If you have already paid, we will issue a full refund including delivery costs.

We reserve the right to limit the number of items purchased per customer to ensure availability.

Please note: Made-to-order and pre-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Price and Payment

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are additional and will be shown during checkout.

We accept payment by major credit/debit cards (including American Express) and PayPal. Payment will be taken only upon dispatch of goods. If some items are unavailable, you will be charged only for what is dispatched.

If your order is shipped outside the UK, VAT will be deducted at checkout where applicable. You are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed at your local customs. Please check with your customs office before ordering, as such charges are your responsibility.

These Terms apply solely to you and us. No third party has rights under them.

If any provision is found unenforceable, all other terms remain valid.

7. Delivery

Orders will be dispatched to the address provided. We do not accept PO Box addresses. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days.

Delivery is complete once goods arrive at your address and you assume responsibility from that point.

8. Returns

You may cancel and return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in resaleable condition.

Final Sale Policy
All sale items are considered final and are strictly non-refundable. Order cancellations for sale items are not accepted. Returns or exchanges will only be permitted in the case of a proven fault or damage.

Other refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, excluding original shipping costs. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges may be offered for a different size or colour of the same product (subject to availability). Exchanges for different products are not possible.

We strongly recommend using tracked postage. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We do not issue store credit or electronic credit notes.

9. Bespoke Items

Bespoke, customised, made-to-order, or pre-order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable unless faulty or not as described. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or negligence. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss or business-related damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
