This original print is inspired by peeling wallpaper, expressing layered textures and quiet imperfection. The design was created through hand-cut and collaged paper, then translated directly into print.
A delicate gauze layer is placed over the inkjet print and finished with an opal coating, creating depth and tactility. Raw-cut edges allow fine fibers to appear, embraced as part of the design.
Natural irregularities such as unevenness, nep yarns, and slubs are inherent to the fabric. Each piece is delicate and should be handled with care.
